On Friday, 27th August 2021, the Institute of People Management Malawi (IPMM), organized a day long Continuous Professional Development (CPD) workshop aimed at drilling human resource practioners on issues relating to recent changes in Malawi’s labour laws as well as employee engagement and life cycle.
The workshop which took place at Sunbird Mount Soche Hotel, brought together 35 participants drawn from various companies and organizations across the country. The facilitators were Dr. Sunduzwayo Madise, a law expert and senior lecturer at the University of Malawi and Mr. Buxton Kayuni, an HR expert and Group Head of Human Resources for NICO Holdings plc.
